All Millennium employees at all levels (including management), are responsible and accountable for the company’s overall safety initiatives and compliance with the “Health and Safety Act and Regulations”. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence the company expects.
Management supports coordination of safety among all workers on the job site and recognizes that all workers have the right to work in a safe and healthy environment.
Millennium requires mandatory participation by all in the health and safety program, and is committed to providing proper equipment, training and procedures.
Employees are responsible for following all procedures, identifying hazards, and continually improving safety measures. An accident-free workplace is our goal and our most important priority on each job site.
